THIS INDENTURE~ made this lOth day of June. A.D.,
1967, between ALICS W. GRAHAM. surviving spouse of R[Q~ARR.N.
GRAHAM, deceased, individually, of the County of St. Lu~ie and
State of Florida, party of the first part, and I~NNETS B. WISSLY
and NATALI$ M. WIS$LY, his wife, 716 South 12th Street, Fort Pierc ,
of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the

WITI~SSETB, that the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ~$10.00) and other
valuable considerations, in hand~paid by the said parties of the
second~part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
remiaed, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said parties of the second
part all right,.title, interest, claun and dernand which the said
