Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustees of the WILLIAM J. PIO-
WATY REVOCABLE TRUST, dated ~he 20th day of January, 196;
and JAMSS W. PIOWATY. Individually, joined by his wife,
DEBORAA PIOWATY, hereinafter called the qrantor, to

(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all of the parties to this instrument and
the heirs, leqal representatives and assigns of indi-
viduals,.and the successors and assigns of corporationsj
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and~other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and-confirmss unto the
grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
All of Lot 18 and the South 15 feet of Lot 17, Block
3, BLAKELY SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 10, at Page 50 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER, with all the tenementss hereditaments and appur- '
tenances thereto belonqing or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee si.mple forever.
