THIS AGR88M$NT entered into this ~day of JiAdB, 196;
by and between the BOARD OF COiA1TY COMMISSION$RS OF ST. LUCI$
COtAdTY~ FLORIDA, hereinafter called the "CO[AdTY", and the
COIrIIrltJNITY ACTION ORGANIZATIQN~ INC. , herefnafter called the
"StJBLSSS$E" .
W I T N$ S S 8 T H:
WS~RBAS, the County entered into-a five (5) year lease -
with the Department of the Army dated August 12, 1966 for approx-
imately 2.42 acres of land on the north side of the Fort Pierce
Inlet for public park and recreational purposes, and
WHSRSAS, the Sublessee has requested that a parcel of said
land be subleased to it for the conBtruction of a shelter and
restroom facilities and the County is agreeable to said subleasing.
NOW~ T~REFORBs FOR AND.IN C~SIDERATIQN of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
whi~h is-hereby acknowledged, the County hereby leases to the Sub-
lessee the following described lands in-St. Lucie County, Florida,~
~ to-wit:
A plot of ground 150 x approximately 35 feet
more specifically described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at LiSBD
"FH-8" monument; thence proceed $asterly on
line toward USBD °FH-9" monument a distance
of 317 feet to a point; thence at riqht angle
to the right a distance of 20 feet to the
POIDIT OF BBGI~IldING; thence at right angle
to the left a distance of 150 feet to a point;
~ thence at right anqle to the right a distance
of 32 feet, more or less, to the revetcnent;
thence meander Westerly along revetment a dis-
tance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point
said point being 37 feet, more or lesa,
Southerly of POINT OF B$GI~iNIDTG and an exten-
sion of aforementioned 20 foot line; thence .
Northerly along last mentiorred line to T~ '
