for a term com~nencing v~ith the execution of thia 3ublease and ~
terminating on August 11, 1971, upon the following terms a~nd
conditions:
1. This Sublease is expressly subject to the conditions
contained in Leaae No. DA-08-123-CIVSNG-66-28 between the Depart-
ment of the Arm~y and the Board of County Gommi.ssioners of St. Lucie
County dated Auqust 12, 1966.
2. The Sublessee agrees to construct, at no cost to the

.County, a shelter and restrooms according to plans approved lyy the
Courity.
3. The County agrees to extend the necessary water main and
power line;'to provide a 1'~ inch water meter and mercury vapor
. lights; to haul and place the necessary riprap material; to place

an asphalt seal on said rip=ap; to haul the necessary earth fill;
to remove the necessary trees and upon completion of said shelter
and restrooms by the Sublessee to maintain said facilities, in-
cluding paying for water and electricity.
- 4. This Sublease shall not be assigned or transferred nor
shall any part of said premises be sublet or rented without the
written eonsent of the County.
5. The terms and conditions of-this agreement shall be bind- ;
ing upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
