verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•02, Florida
Statutes, in Otficial Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (:ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural, _
and the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
ri~hts and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executora, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
