WARRANTY DEED

after called the Grantor, to PARKSR LYNCH and MARGARBT LYNCH,
his wife, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, whose ;
post office address is: 19 La Rue Drive, Hungtinqton, Long
island, New York 11743, and to JOSEPH KUMP and GEORG$ANNA
KUMP, his wife, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest,
whose po'st office address is: 84-04 Forest Parkway, Wood-
haven, New York, hereinafter called the Grantees.

tion of love and affection and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby ackno~wledged, hereby grants, ba~t- ~
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantees, all that certain land situate in St..Lucie =
County, Florida, to wit: ~

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantees
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantor has good riqht and lawful authority
I to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
( warrants the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing
subsequent to December 31, 1966.
