To~ether with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
i whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup- ;
f ply heat, gas, air conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig- ~
eration, ventilat ion or othzr services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereons the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including ~
~ scrsens, window shades, storm doors and windowa, floor cover- ;
ir.~s, screen doors, in-a-daor beds, awnings, stoves and water ~
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
at~ached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issues and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mortga~ee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as pro-
vided in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
x gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgagee~s,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.

~ ings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
~ equipment, and with all the rights end privileges thereunto
belon~ing, unto said Mortg~gee forever, for the uses herein
~ set forth, free from ell rights and benefits under the home-
stead, exemptio~ and valuation laws of any state, which said
rights end benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
