TSIS WARRAIQTY DBSD, made this 19th day of June. 1967,
by GEORG$ DANISL STATT$L. a single adult, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to JOffi~ STATTSL, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) ~

hereinafter called the Grantees. .
WITNLSS$T8: T'hat the Grantor, for and in consideration
of love and affection and other valuable considerations, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby qrants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
Cownty, Florida, to wit:

TO HAVS AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with saidJGrantees
ttiat the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantor has good riqht and lawfuZ authority
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the same
aqainst the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and
that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes ac-
cruing subsequent to December 31, 1966. ~
