Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the ' -
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
- In this instrument the sin~ular shall includs the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgege shall extend to ancl
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the t~ortgagor and Mortgagee.
