WHF~FtEAS, EVANS PROPgtTIFS, INC., a Florida corporation, .
has Yieretofore built and cons~ructed a canal and drainage ditch
over, across and upon the following described property, to-wit:
The North 50 f'eet of Section 1, Township 3?
South, Range 37 Eas~, the South 25 feet of
Section 36, Township 36 South, Range 3? East,
and the South 60 feet of Section 35, Township
36 South, Range 37 East, lying, being.and situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, herein called
Parcel "A", and
WH1~tEAS, FIRST I~IATIONAL BANK IN FORT LAUDERDALE, a s
Trustee, is the ~itle holderbo the above described property,
and
WHEREAS, COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE, FIARIDA, desires to con-
s~ruct a canal and drainage ditch over, across and upon the
following described property, to-wit;
The North 125 feet of the Wes~ 100 feet of
Sectlon 2; the North 125 feet of Sec~ion 3;
and that portion of the North 125 feet of Sec-
tion ~F owned by Evans Properties, Inc., a21
lying, being and situate in Township 37 South, ~
Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, herein
called Parcel "B", and
said County further desires to ~oin, tie-in and connect the canal
and drainage ditch_to be constructed and installed in Parcel B~o ~
the.existing canal and drainage di~ch in Parcel A so as to provide '
continuous drainage to Canal C-23. -
NOW THEREFORE~ F7RST NATIONAL BANK IN FORT LAUDERDALE
does hereby give, grant and convey untio COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE, . .
FLORIDA, the right, privilege and option to ~oin, tie-in and
connect to, and drain, flow, dischar.ge, carry, and empty water
into, from and through, thst certain canal and drainage ~iteh
now located on, in and upon the property above described and ,
identified as Parcel "A" to and with the canal and drainage
ditch to be placed, constructed and installed by said County on,
in and upon the property above described and identified as
Parcel "B".
