WHII3EAS, RAYMOND C. OISON and H. LORRAINT OISON, hia wife,
and W. W. CARLTON heretofore gave consent and permission to EVANS
PROPgtTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, to build and construct,
at the sole expense of Evans Properties, Inc. a canal and drainage
ditch over, across and upon the following described property, to-

The North 50 fee~ of Section 1, Township 3?
Sou~h, Range 37 East, the South 25 feet of
Section 36, Township 36 Sou~h, Range 37 East,
and the South 60 feet of Section 35, Township
36 South, Range 3? East, lyin~r, being and situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, herein called
Parcel "A", and
WHEREAS, said canal and drainage ditch has been constructed
in accordance with the Agreement of the parties thereto, and
WHEREAS, COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE, FIARIDA, desires to construct
a carial and drainage ditch over, across and upon the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
The North 125 feet of the West 100 feet of
Section 2; the North 125 feet of Section 3;
and that portion of the Nor~h125 feet of Sec-
tion owned by Evans Proper~ies, Inc., all .
lying, being a1d situate in Township 37 South,
Range 37 Eas~, St. Lucie County, Florida,
herein call.ed Parcel "B", and
said County further desires to ~oin, tie-in and connect ~he canal
and drainage ditch to be constructed and installed in Parcel B to
~he existing canal and drainage ditch in Parcel A so as to provide ~
continuous drainage to Canal C-23,
NOW ~EP+ORE, EVANS PROPERTIFS, INC. does hereby give, ~

grant and convey, unto COUN`i'Y OF ST . LUCIE, FLORIDA, the right,
privilege and option to ~oin, tie-in and connect to, and drain,
flow, discharge, carry, and empty water into, from and through, ~
that certain canal and drainage ditch now located on, in and ~

upon the property above described and identified as Parcel "A" ~
~o and with the canal and drainage ditch to be placed, constructed
and installed by.said County on, in and upon the property above
described and identified as Parcel "B".
