sideration of the sum of Ten and no/100th Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable conaideration, the receipt Mhereof i~

hereby give, grant and convey unto the County af St. Luaie,
Florida, hereinafter called Third Party, an easement and right-
oF-way over, acroe$ and upon the following described property,

The North 125 feet of the West 104 Peet of
Section 2; the North.125 Feet of Section 3;
and that portion of the North 125 feet of
~ Section 4 o~ned~by First Party, all lying,
being and situate in To~rnship 3~7 South,
Range 37 East, -
together with the right of ingres$ and egress into and Prom the
same and all rights and privileges therein ~rhich are necessar~
and proper for the use and en~oyment of such easement and right-
of-rray, Nhich is for the purpose of constructing, making, main-
taining and using a drainage canal and dike over, across and upon
the above described lands of First Party, in which Second Parties
have certain rights and intereste.
These presents are made, eaecuted and delivered upon the
fol~owing eacpress eonditions and understanding, to-wit:
l. The drainage canal and dike, and the culverts herein-
after r~ferred to, shall be conatructed and inetalled by Third .
Party and at ita eapense within a period of --24-- months
after date hereof.
~ 2. The cana.l shall be continuous and without interrupt n
