(herein called the "Local Authority")~ a public body corporate an•l politic ~
duly created and organized pursuanL to and in accordance uith the provisions of
the l~ws af the State of Florida ,
and ~he United S~ates of America (herein called the "Government") purs~~~nt to
the On£ted States Nousing ~ct of 1937~ as amended (42 U.S.C. 1401~ et se and -
the Departu:e~t of Hous ing and UrbaR D~~~e~opm~-~;~L• .~ct (5 U.S.C. 624, et ,s~. ) ~
entered into a certain contract dated as of 1S~ 23 19 62 ,
(herein called the "Annual Contributions Contract" providin~ for a loan ~nd for
annua2 contriDutions to be made by the Government to assist the Local Authority ~
i~ developii?g~ and in ~?chiPvi.ng and mair~ain=ng the low-rent character of, low-
rent housing project and -
WNEREAS, as of the date of the execution of this Declaration of Trust the
Anr.ual Contributions Contract provides for the development and operation by the
Local Authority oE ccrtain low-rent housing in the _ CitY of

NFiEREA3, the Local Authority (1) proposes to issue and deliver its Bonds and - {
Permanent Notes to aid in f inancing the Projects from tima to time provided for ~
under the terms of the Annual Contributions Contract to Which Contract ref erence
is hereby made for ~efinitions of the Bonds, Permanent rotes~ and Projects, and . ~
(2) may frora time to time issue and de2iver its obligations (herein called "Re- ~
funding Bonds") to refund said Bonds and Permanent votes; and
~ ~'HFREAS, each Pro ject and the s ite or s ites thereof vill have been constructed ~
or acquired vith fhe proceeds of the Bonds and/or advances by the Government on ~
account-of the loan provided for in the Annual Contributions Contract and t=1e Bonds
and permanent Notes will be secured (1) severL ~y~ by pledges of speeific ~~ounts
of the annual contributions payable to the Local Authority by the Government pursuant '
to said Contract; and (2) by a pledge of certain revenues of the Projects f inanted
by an issue or issues of Bonds to the extent and in the manner described in the ~
Annual Contributions Coc?tract ari~ the reso~ut~ons of the Local Authority authorizing •
such Bonds and Permanent Notes: ' ~
NOW, TNFRSFOI;E, to assure the Governaent and the holder or holde: s of the Bonds ~ ~
Refunding Bonds, or Permanent Notes~ and each of them, of the performance by the ~
Local Authority of th e covenants contained in the Annual Contributions ContrECt ~
and the resolutions of the Local Authority authorizing the issuance of the Bonds~ s
Refunding Bonds, or Permanent Notes, the Local Authority does hereby acknoWledge `
~ and declare that it fs possessed of and holds in trust for the benefit of the ~
Cavernment and saiC holaers o£ the $onas, 1te~un8ing Bonds~ or Permanent Note~~ for ~
the purposes hereinafter stated, the follo~ri~g_described real property situated in the
