AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA

Before me, the undersigned official, this day personally. appeared
LOULSE S, ROHAN, who, being by me first duly sworn, on her oath, says:
'Ihat Affiant is one and the same person as LOUISE MELTON, one
of the Grantors in that certain Warranty Deed from B. O. MELTON and
LOCTISE MELTON to MARVIN E. MELTON, dated December 13, 1960, and
filed for record March 26, 1963, in O. R, Book 59, page 408, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records; that said deed conveyed the following des-
cribed property, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 2, Silver Lake Pazk Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 10 page 4 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
'Ihat at the time of the execution of that deed on December 13,
1960, Affiant was die wife of B. O. MELTON, and executed. and acknowledged
i said deed as the wife of the said B. O. MELTON, and it was only through in-
advertence and omission on the part of the person drafting the deed that
i Affiant was not shown as the wife of the said B. O. MELTON; that Affiant and ~

~ the said B. O. MELTON were divorced subsequent to December 13, 1960, and

that Affiant is now remarried and has the name of LOUISE S. ROHAN.
