to me well known, who first beinq put upon his oath, deposes and says
as follows:
l. This affidavit is made and Filed in connection with
Lot 28, Block 28, of RIVI3R PARK SUBDIVISION, Section Unit 3, a Sub- ~
division accordinq to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, paqe ~
80, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant knows of his own knowledge that the HELEN S. ~
POTTER named as graritee in that certain deed dated March 8, 1961, and
recorded in Official Records Book 6 at paqe 146, Pub2ic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, is one and the same person as the HELSN SANTEE
POTTER, the certificate of whose death is recorded in Official Records
Book 116, Paqe 1419, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. ~Affiant has no interest in the aforesaid resl property.
Further affiant sayeth not.
