SATISFACTION OF 1V.~ORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY TAESE PRESENTS; That ST, LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a
corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida the owner and hulder
of mortgage deede executed by OLIE B~ McCARTY to ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK
as follow s:
1. Mortgage dated November 30, 1956, recorded in M~rtgage
Book 132, page 281, securing $42, 000. 00;
• 2. Mortgage dated August 16, 1965, recorded in O, R, Book
124, page 567, securing ~50, 000. 00; and
~3. Mortgage dated January 29, 1966, recorded in O. R. B~ok
137, page 287, securing ~15, 000.00 and future advances
and the notes respeetively secured thereby upon property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: -
The SW~ of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
excepting therefrom easement for public roads and drainage ~
canals i

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said notes and morigage
deeds, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of
the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed by its
proper officer thereunto duly authorized, the 2~ day of June, A. D. 196?.
