Leasees agree not to permit or a11oW any lien or mcumbrance of any nature
or kind to be placed on said equipment. Said.equipment is personal property,
is not to becane a part of the real eetate, and title to same is to reffisin
in TROPICAS. I.SS3BBS agree to secure or provide public liability insurance _
coverage with a minimum coverage of $50/100,000 for pereonal injury and a mia-
imum of $25,000 property damage. A certificate of the.-Insurer, evidencing
auch insurance is to be furniahed to TRUPIGAS, which certificate ehall provide
for a 10-day notice by the Insurer by regi8tered mail to TROPIGAS of any

4. 1'he LBS38B, prior to the sale of auy liquefied petroleum gae
F is to qualify as a dealer in liquefied petroleum gas uader.Chapter 526 of the
L Florida Statutes. The operation of said equipcoeat and sale of liquefied
petroleum gas shall be the sole responsibility of ttie LBSSEBS, and ~.SSSSBS

~ agree to comply with the Florida Statutes and Pamphlet #58 of the National
Board of Fire Und~nrriters in every respect. The LESSE&S agree not to store,
sell or dispense a~ product from said equipmeat other than liquefied petrol-
eum gas purchased by LBSSSES fram TROPIGAS.
S. Ia the event of the breach of LBSSSBS of any proviaion of this
contract, TROPIGAS may, at its option, i~ediately remove the above equip-
ment from the Lessees' premisea. Failure to exercise this option for one
breach shall not be deemed to be a Waiver of TAOPIGAS' rig6t to exercise
thia option for a aub8equent breac6.

6. The I.SSSSBS shall not assign this Lease nor sublet any of the

equip~nt vithout the ~ncttten consent of TBOPIGAS.
