Gallon price to be reaegotiated each year theresfter.
The foregoing are net prices, aad in additian thereto, LSS38BS will pay all
applicable federal, state and local taxea impoaed on esid liquefied petroleum
gas or on the storage, uae, consumption, transportation, distribution or sale
thereof and on demand, L~BSSBS3 vill furnieh evidence to TROPIG~S of psyment
of said taxes or Will mske satisfactory proviaion ta inaure the payment of
eaid taues.. Payment of the purchase price by the LBSSSBS aha~l be c~~h on
delivery. I.BSSSSS are to pay all municipal or county personal property taxea
on the above equipment.

LBSSBBS. Ia th¢ event ?I~PIGAS repoesesses the tank aad equipment pursuant to
this contract, LBSSSBS are to receive credit for the liqueficd petroleum gas ~
in the tank at the time of such repossession.
9. LSSSBBS agree uot to use the name of TRDPIGAS in any waq in con-
_ nection with the eale or storage of liquefied petroleu~ gas. LE3SBSS are not
to be coneidered an ageat of TROPIGAS for any purpoee. _

10. THIS LBASB ia to be for a period of one year from the date
hereof, to be renewed automatically each year for one additional year fo~ a
total aum of ~ years from the date 6ereof, subject to the right of either
partq to ceacel, at the end of the firat year or at the ead af anq year for
whic6 thia Lease is reneved, provided sixty (6Q) daqs prior vritten notice is
given ta the other party of the intention to cancel at the eapiration of the
. year ia wbich the notice is given. Said n~otice ahall be Registered [J.S. Mail,
directly to the other party at the addrese given above.
11. LESSBES agree to pay TRQPIGAS all its cost, toget6er vith s
xeasonable attorneqs' fee in the event it is necessary for TImPIGAS to institute
suit for the enforcemeat of any provision hereof.
12. T1~PIGA3 shall not be liable for da:ages in the event it is ~

coatrol. "
