until the entire purchase price had been tl~lly paid, and all of the other ternas of said
agreement on the part of said Purchaser, to be performed thereunder, had been flilly

property, and has othet~rise flilly performed the terms and conditions in said contract
coatained oa his part to be performed, and in accordance xith the terms of said
contract, the said Purchaser, is entitled to an aclrnoxledg~nent that title to said
property has passed to said Purchaser free and clear of the sa3d Conditional Sale
Contract. ~

Dollar to Ssaltest in hand paid by Purchaser receipt ~ereaf is hereby acknrnrledged,
said Sealtest does hereby acknot+rledge that title to the praperty cwered by said
Conditional Sale Cantract has gassed to said Purchaser free and clear of any lien
or claim of Sealtest grc~ring out of or in a~ri.se counected vith said Conditional
Sale Contract, and said contract is hereby released of record.
Ild WITNESS WI~REOF, said Sealtest Fooda, Division of National Dairy Products
Corporation has caused these presents to be signed xith its corporate name by its
