AGRE$MSNT FOR DESD
THIS AGRSTsMENT made and entered into this,~_day of June,
1967, by and between HARRY S. J$NNINGS and EMILY S. JENNINGS, his
wife, hereinafter referred to as Vendors, and THE 17TH STRF.$T
CHURCH OF GOD, INC., a non-profit corporation, existinq under the
laws of FZorida, hereinafter referred to as Purchasera,
W I T N E S S$ T H:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants ;
contained in this Agreement and othe~ valuable considerations pass
~ inq between the parties to it, the Vendors aqree to sell and the
Purchase~s agree to buy the following-described property situate,
~ lying and beinq in St. Lucie County, Florida:

thence run South 89 degrees 40'40" East, 25 feet to

The purchase price of the property shall be the sum of ~
