and personal property above granted, bargained and sold, or in-
tended so to be unto the said Mortgagee its successors and assigns

gained and sold, and that said property is free from all liens

he shall and wi11 warrant and defend the same,unto the Mortgagee,
its successors and assigns against the lawful claims of all per-
