appeared VICTORIA NI$LSEN COUNSEIi~IAN, who being duly sworn
by me upon oath says: That my name is VICTORIA NIELSEN
COUNSELMAN, that Affiant is one of the daughters of LAURA
NIELSEN, grantee of deed recorded in Deed Book 4, Page 135,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant
further states that she is one of the daughters of J. A.
NIELSEN, also known as JAMES A. NIELSEN, grantee of deed
recorded in Deed Book 47, at Page 201 of the public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further states that
, there were four children born as issue of the marriage of
JAMES A. NIELSEN and LAURA NIELSEN, being Affiant and her
two brothers and one sister, ALFRED R. NIELSEN, CLARENCE J.
NIELSEN and DAGMAR NIELSEN FRIPP. Affiant further states
that LAURA NIELSEN predeceased J. A. NIELSEN and that J. A.
NIELSEN never married subsequent to the d~;~h of his wife,
LAURA NIEI,SEN. Affiant further states that Affiant and her
afore-mentioned two bothers and one sister constituted all
