THIS DEED, made and entered into this /6~ day of March,
A. D., 1967, between TIi~ LEWIS STATE BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, the duly constituted and appointed guardian oP the
proper.ty:. of OVERY T. HARRISON, incompetent, as party of the first
part, and the CITY OF FURT PITRCE, a municipal corporation under
the laws of the State of Florida, as party of the secona part,
WITNESSETH: That on March 15, 1967, upon the petition of
the party of the first part, the Honorable James C. awynn, County
Judge in and for said county, granted to paxty of the first part
leave to sell the lands of the said OVERY T. HARRISON for the sum
oF_ $g55.00 cash.
NOW, THEREFQRE, in consideration of the foregoing and in
further oonsideration of the sum of Nine Hunc}red Fifty-Five and
no/100 (~955.00) Dollars purchase money paid at and before the ~

- sealing and delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed,
and does hereby sell and convey unto the said CITY OF FORT PIF~tCE
a municipal corporation under the laws of the Stat e of Florida,
its successors and assigns all that tract or parcel of land
situa~ed in the county of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and
