SATISFACTION OF MORT(3AGE
KN01~f ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, HERBERT ~

SHIELD and HELEN SHIELD, his wife, owners and holders of a y
certain mortgage deed executed by JAMES CAREY YATES, JR.,
and MARTHA JANE YATES, his wife, to HERBERT SHIELD and
HELEN SHIELD, his wife, bearing date the 15th day of February,
~ ~966, recorded in Official Records Book 138, page 558, in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, .
State of Florida, securing one cartain note in the principal
sum of One Thousand Dollars (#1,000.00), and~certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as follows,
to-wit:
Lot 9, less the South 12 feet thereof and all of
Lot 10 in Block 1 of Lincoln Park No. 1, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, page 5 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledge f~l.l payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
