EXECUTOR'S DEED
This Indenture, made and entered inta this 5th day of
June, 1967, between MAURICS WEISS, as Executor of the Estate of
Ludmilla Toretzka, Deceased, late of St. Lucie County, Florida,
party of the first part, and FLORENCE WEISS, DEBORAH B,ARACK, ILYANA
BRO~ERG and VICTORIA V. GOLDMAN, as parties of the second part,
whose mailing address is 113 Placita Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida,

W I T N E S S E T H:
That whereas, the said MAURICE WEISS is the duly appointed,
qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of Ludmilla Toretzka,
Deceased, who died testate in St. Lucie County, Florida, on May ~

28, 1967, and ~

Whereas, the Last Will and Testament of said Ludmilla
Toretzka provided that all of her property, real, personal or
mixed go to her four nieces, Florence Weiss, Deborah Barack, Ilyana
Bromberg and Victoria V. Goldman, share and share alike~ and
NOiW~ TEIEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in
consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the firl~t
part has released, conveyed and confirmed and does hereby release,
convey and confirm unto the said FLORENCE WEISS, DE80RAH BARACK,
~LYANA BRO~ERG and VICTORIA V. GOLDMAN, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property in Sz. Lucie Countp,
Florida, described as follow, to-~wit:
One-half undivided interest in and to tk~e follawing
property:
Lot 20, Block 71, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISI0~11, Unit 7,
a subdivision according to plat thereof recorded
in plat took 12, page 41 and 41A of the public
records of St. Lucie Crnuity, Florida,
together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
