~Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equfpn~ent, fixtures or articles,
. whether in single units or centrally contrQ2led, used to aup-
pIy heat, gas, air conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig- ~
eration, ventil.ation or oth~;r services, ~nd any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which ~
by lessors to lesaees is customary or appropriate, including `
scregns, window shades, storm doors and Windows, floor cover-
in~s, screen doors, in-a-daa~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
attached thereto or not); and also together with all ease~
ments and the rents, issue s end profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due es pro-
vided~in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort- ~
gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgageee$,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
