July, 1967, between CITIZENS P'EDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation existinq urider the laws of the
United States of America, hereinafter referred to as vs ~

and JOSEPH CIOCCA , of 1155 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as Lessor:
W I T N S S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Trustee herein took title to the following

to the Agreement_between the Trustee and said Fort Pierce Golf
Association, Inc., for the purpose of having its principal place
of business constructed on the following described real property;
WHEREAS, the Lessor herein will cause said construction,

exclusive of fixtures, to be made on the following described real

property, and desires title to same for purpose of said construc- ~
tion; . ~
WHEREAS, this Indenture is a part of the Agreement between
the Trustee, th~ Fort Pierce Golf Association, and the Lessor, and
is executed for the purpose of causinq title to the following des-
cribed property to be in the Lessor until the option to purchase #
is exercised by the Trustee;
