NOW THEREFORE, know ye that the said TUCKER & BR.ANHAM, INC. ,
in conaideration of the premises and the sum of Ten.Dollars ($10.00) aad other
good and valuable considerations to it paid by the said TOWER CHEMICAL COM-
~ PANY, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
