In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminfne and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respecLive heirs, executora, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
