R$SOLUTION NO. 67-57
WBSRSAS, the Board of County Conamaissionera of
St. Lucie County on its own motion p~oposes to cloae,
vacate and abandon those portions of public rights of
way hereinafter descri'bed and to ~~nounce and dis-
cl~im any right of St. Lucie County and the public in
and to the lands lying within said roads rights of way

in said county, and
W~R$AS, said Board of County Commissioners
held a public hearing on the 27th day of June, 1967, _
after first publishing a notice of said hearing in

the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 12th
day of June, 1967, said date being more than two weeks
prior to the day of said hearing, and
; WHERSAS, in the opinion of the Board of County

~ Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the pub-

6 lic to close, vacate and abandon said roads and dis-
claim and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and
the public in and to the lands lying within said
•rights of way.
~ NOW, T~RSFORE, BE IT RES~VSD by the Board of
County Coimnissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 27th day of June, 1967, as
follows:
