TO HA~IE AND TO HOLD the above propertq for the term of five ( 5) years from the llth day of July, A.D. 1967, and ending on the same ~ day and month in the year 1972• ~ PROVIDED that either the Lessor or Le ssee maq terminate and cancel this lease agreement utithin sixty (60) days prior to the termi- nation of the first year or ~ithin such period during each successive ' y~ar of this lease; that the party electing to terminate this lease shall furnish by written notice to the other party the aforesaid notice of termination within the 60-day period aforesaid.
