verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118,'of the
public records of St. Lucie Go~anty, Florida.

ri~hts and obligat iona under this mortgege shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, exe.cutors, administrators,
