_ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE -
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESErTS: That, We, MARION AOEFLICH
and MARION A. GREENWOOD, as Executricea of the estate of Mary Esther _
Alispaw, deceased, parties of the first part, in conaideration of One Dollar
and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of LYNN
ELLEN LUKE, JOSEPH ANDREW LUKE, DAVID ERIC- LUKE, ~~'IMOTAY ~
JAMES LUKE and MARI- LYNN ENNS LUNDY, parties of the second part,
at or befQre the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over nnto the said partiea of the second part a certain
mortgage bearing date the 3rd day of March, 1964, made by Franklin D.
Sumner and Bennie L. Suinner, his wife, in favor of Mary Esther Alispaw
and recorded in Official Record Book 82, page 357, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of
land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
All that part of Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 40
East lying East of Florida East Coast Railway right of way
and south of_ a line which is parallel with and situate 143 ~
feet south of the south line (as extended to the east and
west) of CARD'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on fil.e ~
in Plat Book 4, at page 62 of the public records of St. '
Lucie County, Florida. ~
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the !
~
moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from the lst day ;
of June 1967.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second
part, their heirs, legal regresentatives and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHERDOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals,
