THIS EXECUTRICES' DEED made the - 20th day of June ,
A. D. 196?, by MARION HOEFLICA and MARION H. GREENWOOD as
Executrices of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Esther Hoeflich Alispaw,
deceased, hereinafter called the grantor, to LYNN ELLEN LUKE, JOSEPH
ANDREW LUKE, DAVID ERIC LUKE and TIMOTHY JAMES LUKE ~ose

Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee, as to an un-
divided one-fifth interest each:

include all the parties to this instrument and the heira,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the •
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby -
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,

Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 31 and 32 of Block A of Riverview Mano: as re-
corded in Plat Book 9, at page 69 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
All that part of the Fractional SE4 of Section 26, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East lying West of the West line
of Card's Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4, page 62, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; East of the East right of way line of the Florida
East Coast Railroad; North of a line which is the eutension
to the West of the South line of Lot 5 of said Cartl's Sub-
division and South of the North line of said Card's Sub-
division (which line is parallel with and 13. 35 chains
--North of the South line of said Fractional SE4).
