TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. , AND the grantor, as Executrices aforesaid, covenants to and with grantee that in all things about this conveyance of the title to the above de- scribed real property, grantor has complied with the terms of decedent's Will, the orders of the court having jurisdiction of the probate thereof, and ~ the laws of the State of Florida governing sales and distribution by execut~ices of decedents' estates.
