from the parcel of land first above described East
to Indian River, lesa right of way for Indian River
Drive.
AISO -
Any other real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida of which the said Mary Esther Alispaw died
the owner. -
TOGETAER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto beldnging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
, AND the grantor, as Executrices aforesaid, covenants to and with
grantee that in all things about this conveyance of the title to the above de-
scribed real property, grantor has complied with the terms of decedent's
Will, the orders of the court having jurisdiction of the probate thereof, and
~ the laws of the State of Florida governing sales and distribution by execut~ices
of decedents' estates.
The delivery of this conveyance is accepted on behalf of LYNN
