THIS W~RRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 7th day of Septetaber,
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to IVAN POICH, a single man,
