LAST WILL AND TSSTAI~NT
I,~$TI~L LOLJISS CHANDLSR, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and dieposi»g mind and memory, do make, pub-
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and ~estaraent, hereby re-
voking all former Wills by me at any tim~e made, and intending here-
by to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or peraonal, ~
of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my death,-wherever the same may be situated, as
follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as

is practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise,~land bequeath unto LE8 JEFFERSON
DUNN, JR. the following described property.
North Half of the East One Hundred Thirty-two (132) feet
of the West Three Hundred Z'hirty ( 330) feet of the
Southeast one-fourth (SE~) of the Southwest one-fourth
(SW'~) of the Southv~est one-fourth (.SW'~) of Section 34,
~ownBhip 35 South, Range 40 East, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida.

THIRD: All the rest, residue, and remainder of- my property,
whether real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise, and bequeath unto
~ my living children to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely .

Fdf1RTS: I hereby constitute and appoint my sister WILLIE MAE
W. ROTHI~LDT to be Executrix of this my last will and testament, 4
and request that ahe not be required to give bond for the proper
discharge of her duties as Executrix.
