THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 6th day of July, 1967, by
ALVIN F. GIRARDIN and ROSE M. GIRARDIN, his wife, 8220 Medgewood Drive,
Norfolk, Virginia, hereinafter called the grantors, to JAMES MILtARO CAMPBEII
and MANDA LOUISE CAMPBELL, his wife, 161 South Plaza Trail, Vi~ginia Beach,
Virginia~ hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, as Joint tenants with
the right of survivorship, their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot numbered 12, Block numbered 104, Unit numbered 9.
Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County, Florida, as per plat
on file in P1at Book ll, Pages 27A, 27B, 27C, 27D, of
• the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It Being the same property conveyed to the said grantors,
by deed of Lake Indrio Corporation, a Florida corporation,
dated May il, 1964, and recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 92, at page 395•
TOGETHER with all the tenements. hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, subject, howeve ,
to that certain oil, gas and mineral lease dated August 26, 1953. and recorded

in Deed 8ook 186, at page 49, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; in the event oil or other minerals are ever found under aforesaid
property, a}1 royalties will belong to grantees.
