Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of _St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
end th~ masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be'binding upon the respsctive heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the ~iortgagor and Mortgagee.
