5. To perform,comply ~rith, and abide by each aad every the stipulatioae,
agreements, caaditiona and covenants in said promissory note, and in this deed
set forth. ~
6. If aaq of said sums of money herein referred to be not praoptly and E
fully paid within thirty (30) days neut after the same severally become due ~
and paysble, or if each a~d every the stipulatioas, agreements, canditions
and coveaante of said praoissory note and this deed, or either are not fully
performed, complied with and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in
said promissory note shall become due and payable forthwith or thereafter at
the optian of the Hortgagee, its auccessors, legal representatives or asaigns,
. as fully and coopletely as if the 8sid aggregate sum were origiaally stipulated
to be psid on such day, anything in said promissory note or herein to the
caatrary notvithetanding.
7. If this mortgage is executed by only one pereon, then all plural nouns,
pronouns and verbs berein relating to more than one I~ortgagor shall be ooastrued
as aingular nouns end praaouns of the appropriate gender and singular verb, it .
being the inteat and purpose hereof that this mortgage shall conform to the
circumetancea as fully se if each change from plural to singular of appropriate
gender was set forth in writing 6erein. If this mortgage is executed by more
than one persaa, then the preceding sentence of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be conatrued as surplusage and a8 being atricken.
8. This mortgage, includiag the execution and acknoxledgment thereof,
shall be construed uader tbe lavs of the State of Florida.-
