reference is.hereby made to said note and supplemental agree-
ment for the full terins end conditiohs thereof, and the eame

verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•02, Florida
3tatutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgege shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, adYninistrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgegee.
