by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation existinq under the ~
Iaws of the State of Delaware, duly authorized to transact business
in the State of Florida, with officea at Miami, Dade County, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantor, to W. 8. SHhW and ELLA M. SHEW, his
wife, whose address is: 414 Coconut Avanue, River Park, Port St.
Lucie, F~.orida, hereinafter called the qrantees:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATYONS to it in hand paid by the
said qrantees, the receipt whereof ia hereby acknowledged, has grant-
ed, bargained and sold to the said grantees, their heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit: ~

This deed is executed subject to encumbrances, restrictions, reserva-
tions and easements of record, if any, and taxes for the year 1967.
And the said qrantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons .
