1967, by and between GENSRAL D~LOPMLNT CORPORATION, s Delaware
corporation duly authorized to transact business in the State of
Florida with offices at 2828 Coral Way, Miami, Florida, hereinafter
referred to as "GENSRAL", and PHILLIPS PETROLSUM COMPANY, a Delaware
corporation, havinq an operatinq office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma,
hereinafter referred to as "PHII.LIPS",
WITNSSSETH, That:
WH$RSAS, General did heretofore execute a certain Lease
Agreement dated February 15, 1961 wherein Kicliter Oil Company, a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Ricliter", was •
the oriqinal lessee, said Lease havinq been assiqned by Ricliter
to Phillips by Assiqnment which appears of record in Official Re-
cords Book 78 at Paqes 511 thru::519, inclusive, of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida; said Lease also beinq the sub-
ject of an Amendment Aqreement between General and Phillips dated
; March 31, 1964, filed of record April 9, 1964 in Official Records

~ Book 87 at Page 405 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

~ WSER$AS, the parties have mutually aqreed to tenainate

~ and cancel the Lease above referred to,
NOW, TBEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual release by
each party of the obliqations imposed upon the other, and of other
qood and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of
which are hereby mutually acknowledged, each of the parties hereto
agrees that that certain Lease Aqreement dated February 15, 1961,
together with the Assiqnument thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 78 at Paqes 511 thru 519, incluBive, and Official Records Book
~ 78 at Paqe 405, respectively, am~onq the Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, coverinq the followinq described premises

in said County and State, to-wit:
