2. The Ancillary Receiver is suthorized and directed

(a) Take immediate possession of all the property, '
asse~s, and eatate, including, but not limited to, all offices
maintained by the Reapondent, at~d all rights oP action, books,
papers, evidence of debt, and all other property of every kind
whataoaver, wheresoever located in this State, belonging to said
company, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts, stocks,
bon~s, ciebentures, mortgages, Furniture, fixtures, and office .
suppliet~, and all real property o£ said Respondent, aituate-1n
Florida, and to hold all such assets pending further Orders of
this Court. - •
(b) Proceed to collect any and a21 debts due and
owing Respondent, including, but not limited to, Punds held by
agenta of the Respondent under asency contracta due and oMing
to Respondent. -
(c) Apply to the Court for further~instructions in ,

, the discharge of his duties. ~
, (d) Appoint one or moz~e Deputy Receivers to sct for
him nnd to employ auch counsel, clerks and assistants as he deems
nece;sai~r, and further authorizing the compensation of such deputiea,
coun~el, clerks and assistants and all expenses of taking possesaion
oP the t.ssets of Respondent and of conducting these proceedings
as fixec; by the Ancillary Receiver and approved by this Court, to~
'ne paid out of the funda or assets of the Respondent in the
possession of the Ancillary Receiver.
(e~ Commence and maintain a12 Zegal actions neceasary

for the conduct of ~hfs Recelvership.
(f) Not defend legal actions wherein Respondent is a
party defendant, com~nced either prior to or subeequent to this
Order of' Appointment of the Ancillary Receiver.
