Highway Insurance Company in r;e:•l:~~apers of general circuZa~ion in
Dade County, Florida; Hillsborou`h County, Florida; Duval County,
I~lorida; and in Leon County, Plorida. It is fur~her directed that
said r~otice shall specify the time in which all persons having
claims against~Highway Insurance C~mnany shall present sueh claims
to ~he Ancillary Receiver or be forever barred and shall also
specify where said claims shall be presented to the Ancillary ~
~eceiver. ~ .
(h) Furnish immediate ly af ~er said publicat~con as a ~
expeditiously as possible the proper ~orms for filing claims to ,
all per~sons known to the Ancillary Receiver as having claims
a~ainst ~he Respondent, Highway Insurance Company. All of said
claims sh~ll be filed with ti:e ~'~ncillary Receiver on uniform claim
~orms prescribed and furnished by him.
(i) Liquidate all of ResFondent~s securities on
deposit with the State Treasurer of the State of Florida in
the ap~~roximate amount of $85,000.00 par value, as necessary to
pay clf~ims and expenses, and hold such Funds and all other assets
com;ng into his hands sub~ect to further orders of this Court.
3. All agents, employees, attorneys, and all persons
rep~esc:nting Respondent or employed by Respondent in connection
with~ tl~e conduct of its insurance business in this State be and •

are he::~eby discharged.
~o A11 persons within the jurisdiction of this Court
who ha~~e in their possession, cusL-ody or control, assets oF the
Res~on~~ent of any kind what~:,ev2r ai:d wiieresoever situated in
thi3 State, including, but no~ limi~ed to, ~onies, boaks or records,
per3on~l or real property, are directed ~o forthwith deliver upon
demand said assets to Broward Williams, State Treaswcer and ex ;
offici~ Insurance Co~mnissioner as Ancillary Receiver of Respondent. ~
