Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
SIMEON ADDERLY, who, after being by me duly cautioned and sworn,
'deposes and says as follows: ~
1. That he is the same SIMEON ADDERLY who executed that
certain Quit-Claim Deed to J. B. BRE~IER and J. iil. T~THITICE, dated
December 12, 1950, recorded in Deed Book 166, Page 1~9, Public

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Quit-Claim Deed con-
veying the following described property:
From the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 13, of
Genessee Lawn Subdivision, according to plat thereof
on file in the records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
r~n South 30 feet, thence West 30 feet, for a point
of beginn3.ng; thence continue idest on a pro3ection of=
~he South line of said subdivision 660 fee~; thence
~ South 74 feet to the center line of the steeet accord-
ing to Liberty Park Subdivision; thence East along
! said center line 660 feet; thence North 74 feet to the
. point of beginning.
2. That he never ~ad nor claimed any title whatsoever to
the above-described property. -
3. That he never had possession of the above-described
property. .
That his sole activities in regard to the above de-
scribed property consisted of surveying this property, cutting
brush and trees to make said survey, and other similar acts
incident to said survey.
