COMBS, his wife, herein- after referred to as "FIRST PARTISS" and EDWARD T. LILLY and MARY V. LILLY his wife, 808 E1 Rancho Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred to as "S$COND PARTIES", W I T N E S S E T H: That if SECOND PARTIES shall first make the payments . and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their i ~ part to be made and performed, FIRST PARTIES hereby cove- nant and agree to convey and assure to SECOND PARTIE3, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances, by a good and suffi- cient Warranty Deed, the following described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: The East 65 feet of the West 270.50 feet of Lot 17, of MARAVILLA GARDENS, Unit 1, according to ! a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page ; 55 of the public records of St. Lucie County, ' Florida. And 3ECOND PARTIES hereby covenant and agree to pay FIRST PARTIES the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($11,000.00), with interest from date at the rate of 6.7596 per annum, as follows: .
