~R$AS, W. D. FIAWSRS and ROS$ M. FLOWERS, hia wife, hereinafter
referred to as the mortgagors, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date
the 5th day of Jan~~ry, A.D. 1959, and recorded in the ~ffice of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, in Mortgage 8ook 151, page 567-569, granted and conveyed
unto REBA DICKSON hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee, and her
assigns, the premisea therein particularly described, to secure the
payment of the sum of TEN TEOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), with interest
as therein meationed:
AND hIH~RSAS, FLOWffitS GROV$S~ INC. has requested that BLANCHE S.
SOLLITT, the mortgagee's assignee, release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THSR$FOR$, IQ~IOW YS, That the said BLANCHE S. SOLLITT, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of TSN DOLLARS ($10.00),
to her in hand paid by FLOWSRS GROVES, INC. at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien
and operation of said mortgage unto the said FLOW$RS GROVES, INC.,
its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 9 and 10 of Block 12 of PIN$WOOD SUB-
DIVISION, Less the West 7 feet thereof, according ~
to the plat of said Subdivision on file in
Plat Book 5, at page 24, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said FLOWSRS GROV83, INC. its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and
every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
effect of the Note contained in said Mortgage which is not hereby
released, or any oE the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
IN WITNESS WHERgpF, the aid BLANCHE S. SOLLITT has hereunto
set her hand and seal this ~ day of July, 1967.
