HomeMy WebLinkAbout1421 • , ~ . ~ . 15?858'7 ' RESOLUTION NO. 67-64 WHBRSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commisaion after holdinq a public hearinq on April 27, 1967, of which due • notice was publiahed at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearinq, has recom~aended to~the Board of County Com~aissioners of St. Lucie County that the followinq aanendmenbsto the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be adopted; and WHBRSAS, said Board of County Commiasioners held a public hearing on said recomdnendation on May 23, 1967 after first pub- lishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune, published in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 8th day of May, 1967, said date being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said hearing, and WHSRSAS, at the conclusion of said public hearing, the Board of County Com~nissioners referred said proposed amendments a back to the Planning & Zoning Coamission for further study and review which was done at the Planning and Zoning Commission meet- ~ ing on June 22, 1967 and thereafter the Planning and Zoning Com- i °p mission again recom~nended to the Board of County Commissioners 4 . ~ that the following amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Resolu- ~ tion of St. Lucie County be adopted. DiOW, THEREFORE~_BE IT RES~VSD by the Board of County Com- missioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 25th day of July, 1967, that the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be and the same is hereby amended as follows: 1. Amend paragraph 2(f) of Section 13 to read as fo~.lows: "After issuance the permit shall be conspicuously poated near the front door of the mobile home.
