~ I, TOM A.DAMS, Secretary of State of the State of
Florida, do hereby certify from the records of this office
that FLOWERS GROrVES, INC. was incorporated under the laws
of the State of Florida on December 11, 1950, and on
April 2~, 1959~ was dissolved by Proclamation of the Governor
for failure to file with this office its annual reports and
_ to patiy its corporation capital stock taxes. ~
I further certiYy that on November 9, ~966, said
corporation was reinstated by filing a report and paying
taxes for 1956 through 1966, which restored its corporation
' privileges. ~
